are short wave radio transmissions that are randomly broadcast around
the world. Radio enthusiasts monitor & decipher these .... words,
numbers, sequences .... broadcast since World War One ... yet no
government admits to owning them, no radio station admits to
broadcasting them & no one steps forward to even admits that they
are responsible for them. What do these messages mean? Why do they
exist? Why do the messages come in so many languages? Why, in this
digital "internet" age, do they still transmit?
